Drink Name:

Dark n’ Stormy

Inspiration:

“At the last pre-covid work party I went to, I drank Moscow Mules. This is basically the same thing except with dark rum which makes it a bit more interesting.”

The Mixx (Ingredients):

• Captain Morgan
• Ginger Beer
• Rose's Sweet Lime Juice and/or a fresh lime
• Seltzer (optional)

Directions: 

1. Mix one shot of rum and a splash of lime juice.
2. Add ginger beer (about 2 shots or to taste) and mix gently.
3. Add ice.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Fun Modification:

Use Crabbie's Raspberry ginger beer for an extra kick and to add a bit of color.
